I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Licensed Athletic Trainer and a Certified Pre-and Post-Natal Coach.

I have 13 years of experience working with all levels of fitness.

I am also a mom, an avid kitchen dancer, and lover of all things fitness.
